Presiden BEM menjelaskan bahwa mahasiswa ITSK RS dr.Soepraoen ingin berpartisipasi dan turut serta berada di tengah masyarakat dengan memberikan kegembiraan dalam memperingati hari Raya Idul Adha 1444 Hijriah.
Kepala Biro Kemahasiswaan ibu Chantika Mahadini, M.Psi juga mengatakan bahwa kegiatan kurban serta pembagian daging kurban merupakan pembelajaran yang luar biasa bagi seluruh civitas akademika terutama mahasiswa ITSK RS.dr.Soepraoen Malang, selain itu hal tersebut merupakan bentuk rasa peduli dan berbagi ITSK kepada masyarakat sekitar kampus, mudah-mudahan mendapat limpahan dari Allah SWT.
ITSK juga sangat berterimakasih kepada BEM karena memiliki inistiatif dan semangat yang sangat luar biasa, pembelian dan penyembelihan hewan kurban sepenuhnya dilaksanakan oleh BEM.
