Komunikasi merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam melaksanakan roda organisasi dan kelembagaan mahasiswa. Wadah interaksi baik antar mahasiswa maupun dengan pimpinan perguruan tinggi menjadi suatu aspek yang harus ada dalam rangkaian kemahasiswaan. Berdasarkan pertimbangan itulah, Dewan Perwakilan Mahasiswa dan Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa sekaligus seluruh perwakilan Ormawa dan UKM malaksanakan kegiatan audiensi dan hearing bersama yang dihadiri oleh Wakil Rektor 3 Bidang Kemahasiswaan dan Alumni beserta jajaran. Kegiatan ini berlangsung di Auditorium Kampus 4 ITSK RS dr. Soepraoen pada hari Sabtu, 20 Desember 2025. Wakil Rektor 3 Bidang Kemahasiswaan dan Alumni ITSK RS dr. Soepraoen Malang, Letkol CKM Raharjo, S. Kep., Ns. M. Kes., dalam sambutannya memberikan apresiasi yang luar biasa atas inisiasi perluasan jejaring komunikasi antara lembaga kemahasiswaan dan pimpinan bidang kemahasiswaan. Sebagai institusi yang terus berinovasi dan berkembang, peran serta mahasiswa merupakan aspek vital dan utama dalam mengembangkan inovasi di bidang teknologi, sains, kesehatan, lingkungan dan penanganan isu isu strategis, melalui diskusi aktif dalam bentuk lembaga mahasiswa seperti ormawa dan UKM. Kegiatan ini menjadi bukti bahwa keterbukaan ruang informasi merupakan suatu komitmen untuk mendukung pengembangan perguruan tinggi yang unggul, inovatif, dan kompetitif sesuai dengan tagline ITSK RS dr. Soepraoen sebagai Multitalent University. Keseluruhan usulan dan masukan dibahas dan didiskusikan untuk kemudian menyusun keputusan sebagai rancangan perbaikan dan evaluasi di masa mendatang.
